Danke für Deine Meldung. Du kannst mich via bov@bov.ch ereichen, ich verkoste grundsätzlich aber nur Biere aus offiziell registrierten Brauereien. Es gibt sonst definitiv viel zu viel zu tun 😉

Was at the Kaiser Franz in Zürich Sunday. Rudy is a fairly long time friend from his days in the Gregory pub round the corner. If you are at his Bier Festival in the Spirgarten 18/19 April, which I see you have listed, but no details yet, be good to touch base. I live 5 minutes away, so either day is fine with me.

L’autre jour je regardais des vidéos sur des micro-brasseurs français, où ils présentent leurs brasseries, leurs histoires, nottamemnt comment ils ont commencé leur passion du brassage, leurs projects, etc.
Pourquoi pas ne pas faire la ême chose en CH? Pas besoin de beaucoup de moyens, un truc bien “artisanal”, mais que puisse être une plateforme de information pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore bien le monde des bières arrisanales ou ceux qui veulent commencer.
Je suis quelqu’un qui aime les bonne bières et suis tombé sir ton site il y a peut être 10 ans de cela. Je le consulte et me laisse un peu guider par tes commentaires. BFM, Storm and Anchor, 523, Trois Dames, bières de Neuch’, vallée du giffree, Mont Salève, et encore quelques unes que je ne vais as mentioner. Mais je pense qu’un petit registre video serait aussi très sympa!
Bon, c’était juste une idée.
De toutes façons je voulais te féliciter pour ton travail et j’aimerais, un jour, voir la collection de bouteiles que tu dois avoir dans ton garage!
